  • Blood Panel: After payment, you will receive a link to schedule a comprehensive Blood Panel. You will also pay for this.
  • Submit for Analysis: Once you receive your Blood Panel, you will submit it to Accountable Life.
  • Kickoff Call & Plan: We will analyze your Blood Panel and create a comprehensive plan that includes nutrition, fitness, and peptide support. We will meet and review.
  • Monthly Coaching: Together, we will coordinate monthly calls to discuss, adjust, and make progress.
  • Accountability: We will help you keep YOUR promise. This is the time to make it happen.
